If you use this website for information purposes only, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise transmit information to us, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. If you wish to view our website, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary in order to display our website to you and to ensure stability and security:

• Time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)
• Content of the request (the specific page)
• Access status / HTTP status code

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest follows from the aim of delivering the website in a technically flawless and secure manner.

This website is hosted by an external service provider (Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA). The data collected in the course of operating the website is processed on the host’s servers. Processing takes place on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Any transfer to the USA is safeguarded by appropriate guarantees (including standard contractual clauses pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR). A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with the host.

5. Fonts and external content

The fonts used on this website (Urbanist and Epilogue) are served locally from our own server. No connection to Google servers is established and no IP address is transmitted to Google. The fonts are licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.

The animation library used (GSAP) is also loaded from our own server. This website therefore does not embed any content via external content delivery networks.

6. Contacting us

If you contact us by email or via the contact options provided, the data you supply (your email address, where applicable your name and telephone number as well as the content of your message) will be stored by us in order to answer your enquiry. For an enquiry aimed at entering into a contract the legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR or your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. We delete the data once storage is no longer necessary, or restrict processing where statutory retention obligations apply.

Contact form (FormSubmit)

For the contact form on this website we use the FormSubmit service (formsubmit.co). When you submit the form, the data you have entered (name, company, email address, where applicable telephone number and the content of your message) is transmitted to FormSubmit’s servers and processed there in order to deliver your enquiry to us by email. This may involve a transfer to servers outside the European Union; such transfers are safeguarded by appropriate guarantees within the meaning of Art. 44 et seq. GDPR. The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) as well as your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, which you give by submitting the form. The transmitted data is processed by FormSubmit solely for the purpose of forwarding it to us and is not stored permanently. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we store personal data only for as long as is necessary to achieve the respective processing purpose or as required by statutory retention periods.
